Privacy

Your work calendar — PTO balance, observed holidays, closures, blocked dates and notes — is visible only to you. When you choose to include your availability in a trip, it is used on our server to compute group date windows, and other members see only aggregate results (for example “4 of 5 can go” and the group's total PTO). We don't sell personal data. You can delete your data from your profile at any time.

In demo mode, everything stays in your browser's local storage and is never sent to us.

Terms

outofoffice. suggests dates based on what you and your friends enter. It does not know or confirm what your employer will approve, and holiday suggestions are not a promise of paid time off. Always confirm leave with your employer before booking travel.

Affiliate disclosure

outofoffice. does not currently show booking links or earn commissions. If we add travel partner links later, we'll label them clearly and explain when we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.
